At our sports club LUMKS Kasztelan Rozprza, we focus on developing young talents and nurturing a passion for volleyball. We train players in various age categories, providing them with professional preparation, skill development, and the opportunity to compete at both regional and national levels.

🏐 JUNIORS (Girls & Boys)
Players up to 19 years old
The oldest youth category in line with the Polish Volleyball Federation regulations. Competitions are held in full format, following professional game rules.
📌 Group goals:
✔ Participation in regional and national competitions
✔ Preparation for senior-level play
✔ Improvement of technique, tactics, and physical performance

🏐 YOUNGER JUNIORS – CADETS (Girls & Boys)
Players up to 17 years old
Focused, intensive training aimed at improving technique, strength, tactics, and preparation for competition in higher age categories.
📌 Group goals:
✔ Participation in the regional league
✔ Preparation for higher age categories
✔ Development of both team and individual skills

🏐 UNDER-15 GIRLS & BOYS
Players up to 15 years old
In this category, training focuses intensively on the fundamentals of technique, tactics, and learning how to handle match situations.
📌 Group goals:
✔ Competing in the regional league
✔ Strengthening core volleyball skills
✔ Building teamwork and sporting spirit

🏐 MINI VOLLEYBALL
Girls and boys up to 12 years old
Fun-based activities that gradually introduce volleyball techniques. Focus on coordination development, building a passion for sport, and taking the first steps in the game.
📌 Group goals:
✔ Learning the basics in a friendly atmosphere
✔ Participation in mini-volleyball tournaments
✔ Developing social skills and a spirit of competition
